TEGOYA ENGLISH PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREEMENT OF USE
Welcome to our “Tegoya English” app! This application belongs to Tegoya Games (Technology Development and Game Production Workshop). Since this content will establish a legal relationship between you and Tegoya Games, we ask you to read the prepared text well. If you do not accept this agreement, you will not be able to benefit our services.
The privacy policy describes the confidentiality, storage, security and sharing of the information sent or collected at the “Google Play Store” or “Amazon Appstore” where our games are released. Tegoya Games undertakes to take the necessary measures for the security of the mobile games it publishes on the Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore and to fulfill its obligations under the Google Play Policies and Amazon Appstore Policies. 1. Personal Information
After downloading Tegoya Games' games published on Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore to the mobile device, we do not request any personal data such as the user's name, e-mail address, social media information, password, photo, video, camera, audio file, calendar, file / document or location information. In other words, the user can play the games without being a member or give any personal data after downloading them to their mobile device. In this respect, Tegoya Games' games published on Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore do not collect any personal data of the user and/or do not request any personal data from the user. Since our developers do not collect any personal data from users, it means nothing is shared with third-party online platforms or storage services.
We do not collect personal data from anyone who is defined as a “child” under applicable law (for example, under the age of 18 in Turkey, under the age of 13 or 16 in the EU, or under the age of 13 in the United States). Children should not send us any data such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Tegoya Games undertakes to take the necessary measures for the safety of mobile games for children and to fulfill its obligations under Google Play Policies and Amazon Appstore Policies.
2. Our App (Tegoya English)
In our application, the words are accepted as the basic building blocks of a language which evaluated as a basic element in teaching a foreign language (English). In our application, there are visuals that facilitate vocabulary teaching and contain various contexts and environments.
Tegoya Games is committed to always show due diligence to publish quality and useful games. However, it does not guarantee that the games will meet user expectations, be useful for all users, or contain accurate information.

3. Updating The App
Our application may need to be updated in the future. These updates may cause the services we provide to you to be temporarily unavailable. How long this situation lasts depends on the content of the update. You should always download the most up-to-date version to make the most of our services. Tegoya Games is not responsible for any usage issues or dysfunctions caused by a previous (old) version of the Services. In addition, Tegoya Games is not responsible for any damage/loss arising from the unusable condition of our services, even for a short time. 4. Advertising and Promotional Items
While using our application, you may encounter third-party links, advertisements or content. In Tegoya Games mobile games , Google ads are shown to users in the form of banner, chapter transition and reward videos. The contents of the advertisements are completely automatically served by Google ADMOB, and any selected advertisement, presentation etc. placed by Tegoya Games in the game. There is no content. Our app and content has been created in full compliance with Google Play policies and Google ADMOB policies. Ads shown to users comply with family ad format requirements and offer child-friendly content. Absolutely language, religion, race, etc. in the application content and advertisements. There is no content that is not suitable for our children, such as discrimination, violence, sexuality, addictive substance use, gambling. In this context, we confirm that all ads in your app come from Google Play certified ad networks and are suitable for all audiences, including families and children.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change this privacy policy from time to time to keep up with new technologies, industry practices, legal requirements or other purposes. The user acknowledges that Tegoya Games can make changes in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and that the changes will be valid from the date of change. 6. Unauthorized Use of Our App
The user accepts that Tegoya Games has all kinds of copyrights regarding all the content consisting of audio, written and visual elements and software in the applications published in the Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, republish, etc. the contents of the application. The images in the game have been collected from websites whose copyright has been completely waived. Any third party/company's objections regarding copyright will be evaluated and the relevant image will be removed from the application as soon as possible.
